What is Alert LAC 911?

Alert LAC 911 provides real-time incident tracking for Los Angeles County. The platform monitors fire, EMS, and traffic incidents from multiple data sources and displays them on an interactive map with live updates.

• Incident List — Sortable, filterable feed of active incidents across LA County.
• CAD Dashboard — Command-style dashboard with incident board, live clock, and NWS/fire weather status.
• Weather & Fire Weather — County-wide conditions, NWS watches and warnings, RAWS observations, and AI-generated weather briefings.
• Incident Notifications — Configurable in-app and email alerts for incident types you care about.
• Agency Groups — Shared workspaces for fire agencies with dispatch views, member management, and status tracking.

Getting Started

1. Create an account — Click Sign In in the navigation bar. You can sign up with email or a social provider.
2. Explore the map — Once signed in, head to the Map page to see live incidents.
3. Set up notifications — Visit your Profile to choose which incident types trigger alerts.
4. Upgrade for more — Free accounts have access to the Help section. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ to unlock the Map, CAD Dashboard, Weather pages, and all map layers.
