Creating an Account

Alert LAC 911 uses Clerk for secure authentication. To create an account:

  1. Click Sign In in the top navigation bar on any page.
  2. A sign-in modal will appear. Choose Sign up if you don't have an account.
  3. You can register with your email address or use a social login provider (Google, etc.).
  4. Verify your email address if prompted.

Signing In

Returning users can click Sign In and enter their credentials or use their social login. After signing in, you'll be redirected to the Map page.

Managing Your Account

Once signed in, click your avatar in the top-right corner to access:

  • Profile — View your subscription tier, update preferences, and configure notifications.
  • Billing — Manage your subscription plan and payment method.
  • Manage account — Update your email, password, and connected accounts (handled by Clerk).
  • Sign out — End your session.

Trouble Signing In?

If you're having trouble signing in, try:

  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  • Using the Forgot password link in the sign-in modal.
  • Trying a different browser or device.
