Managing Your Profile & Preferences

Your Profile

Access your profile by clicking your avatar → Profile, or navigating to /profile.

Your Information

Displays your photo, display name, and primary email. To change your email or password, use Manage account from the avatar menu — this opens Clerk's account management panel.

Account Status

• Subscription tier — Shows your current plan: Free, Pro, or Pro+.
• Role — Your role within the platform (member, admin, etc.).
• Free users will see a View plans link to explore upgrade options.

Navigation Preferences

Choose what happens when you tap Navigate on an incident card:

• Route in map (default) — Zooms and routes within the app's map.
• Open Google Maps — Opens directions in Google Maps.
• Open Apple Maps — Opens directions in Apple Maps.

This applies to Navigate actions on the CAD Dashboard and Map incident cards.

Weather Briefing Preference

Toggle "Show daily AI weather briefing when I first visit the site after 5:30 AM" to automatically receive a morning weather summary when you open the Map or CAD Dashboard.

AI-generated briefings are informational only. Always verify conditions with the National Weather Service or your local agencies.
