Billing, Upgrades & Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Plans

Go to avatar → Billing or navigate to /billing. The Plans & Billing page shows:

• A comparison of Free, Pro, and Pro+ tiers.
• Which routes (Map, CAD, Incidents, Weather, Fire Wx, Agency) each tier unlocks.
• Which map layers are available at each tier.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. On the Billing page, click Upgrade on your desired tier (Pro or Pro+).
2. Optionally check Add Agency Group if you need the agency add-on.
3. You'll be redirected to a Stripe Checkout page to enter payment details.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your tier is activated immediately and all associated features unlock.

Managing an Existing Subscription

If you already have a paid subscription:

• Click Manage Billing on the Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
• From there you can update your payment method, view invoices, change plans, or cancel.

Adding the Agency Group Add-on

If you're a Pro or Pro+ subscriber and want to add the Agency Group feature later, visit the Billing page and click Add via Billing Portal in the Agency section.
