Viewing the Incident List

Incident List

The Incidents page (/incidents) shows a live feed of active incidents across Los Angeles County. The list updates in real time via a live Convex subscription.

Requires: Pro tier or higher.

What Each Incident Card Shows

• Active badge — Indicates the incident is currently active.
• Incident type — The type of incident (e.g., Structure Fire, Vegetation Fire, Traffic Collision).
• Time — How long ago the incident was reported (e.g., "about 5 minutes ago").
• Address — The reported location.
• Verified — Whether the incident address has been verified.
• Units — Expandable section showing responding units grouped by dispatch status, with color coding. ME1/ME2 (medical examiner) units are hidden from display.
• Agency — The responding agency name, with optional badges for encrypted ("E") or no-feed ("NF") agencies.
• Details → link to the full incident detail page.

Filtering

The incident list respects administrator settings for which incident types are displayed. Medical incidents may be shown or hidden based on site configuration.
