Viewing Incident Details

Click Details → on any incident card, or navigate to /i/{incidentNumber}, to view the full incident detail page.

What's Included

• Title and source — Incident name and the data source.
• Status — Active, closed, or other dispatch statuses.
• Address and agency — Full address and the responding agency.
• Incident type — Detailed incident classification.
• Timestamps — When the call was received, last updated, and closed.
• Map — An embedded map showing the incident location.

Broadcast Alerts

For significant incidents, administrators may attach a Broadcast Alert with additional details:

• Incident description and acreage.
• Containment percentage.
• Genasys evacuation zones.
• Links to CAL FIRE incident pages and Watch Duty.
• Update timeline with chronological updates.

Weather Information

When an incident is linked to weather conditions, the detail page may show relevant NWS products, fire weather alerts, and links to the full Weather or Fire Weather pages.
