Agency Navigation
The Agency section includes these pages (some require admin or dispatcher roles):
- Dashboard — Overview of group activity and your assignments.
- Dispatch — Manage active dispatches and assignments (admin/dispatcher only).
- Members — View and manage group members (admin only).
- Notifications — Configure group notification settings (admin only).
- Settings — Group configuration and public profile settings (admin only).
CAD & Map Integration
When you're a member of an Agency Group, the CAD Dashboard and Map integrate with your group:
- The Group Access Menu appears with quick links to CAD, Map, Incidents, Weather, Fire Weather, and Agency pages — filtered by your tier access.
- Member Status Setter — Set your current status directly from the CAD dashboard.
- Member Heartbeat — Your presence is tracked for the group.
- Member locations on the map — Team members who have shared their location appear on the CAD map.
Public Group Profile
Each agency group can have a public profile at /group/{slug}. This page can display:
- Group name and description.
- Contact information: email, phone, and website.
- Group image.
Public profiles are visible to anyone with the link, even without signing in.
